Pray for CSW at the European Parliament
This week CSW is delighted to host a Chinese delegation at a European Parliament hearing in Brussels. CSW was instrumental in securing the invitation for two Chinese human rights lawyers to give evidence at the meeting of the Subcommittee on human rights. Giving a platform for such testimony is crucial to ensuring that the EU is rightly informed and thus better equipped to raise, and act upon, human rights concerns. Travelling to Europe to speak up comes with security risks for the Chinese delegation – please pray for the security surrounding their travel and the visit overall.

MP lobbying for India – you can make all the difference!
You can lobby your MP about religiously-motivated violence in India as part of CSW’s Inclusive India campaign. In recent years, there has been an increase in religiously-motivated violence against minorities in India - the attacks in Orissa in 2008 being the worst outbreak of anti-Christian violence in post-independence India. There is an ongoing pattern of violence against Christians in several Indian states.
