Our vision at CSW is to mobilise all Christians and churches across the UK to stand in solidarity with those who are persecuted for their faith and to take action to end religious persecution.

Because the Church is one body whose members suffer and rejoice together, UK churches have an important part to play in praying for, encouraging and supporting those individuals around the world who have limited religious freedom – or none at all.

CSW also has a range of resources designed to help your church or small group get more involved.

Connect & Encourage
Using this resource, you have the opportunity to stand in solidarity with the persecuted in a very special way – by sending them cards and letters of encouragement.
Receiving a personal letter reminds them that someone, somewhere cares about their suffering.

Invite a speaker

Inviting one of our speakers is one of the best ways to find out more about religious persecution, how CSW works and how you and your church can partner with us to be a ‘voice for the voiceless’.

Support and prayer groups

In addition to prayer, support groups often actively lobby government leaders as well as send cards of encouragement to individuals supported by CSW who are either in prison or persecuted for their faith.

Meeting with others is both hugely encouraging and effective. Why not join or set up a support group in your area?
