Fundraising shouldn’t feel like a chore! There are millions of ways to have fun, raise awareness and provide vital funds all at the same time; so pick an idea that suits you and then share it with us. We’ll then do all we can to support you.

Ask yourself, ‘why am I passionate about the work of CSW’? Then think of an activity that you love to do. Combine the two and you’re already on your way.  The sky is the limit! You can be as creative as you like.

Perhaps you’d like to organise a pizza and movie night? Maybe you’d like to put on a show at your school or church? How about swimming the equivalent of the English Channel at your local swimming pool? Maybe you can do a headstand for a full hour and have always wondered how you can best use this incredible feat to make a difference; well here’s your chance! We welcome anything from fancy dinners to random adventures!

Simply email our Fundraise for Freedom team and share your amazing idea. After that we’ll  support you as you plan, advertise and implement your fundraising activity or event. We can offer fundraising and event tips, direct you to some great promotional resources and send you the latest updates and materials from CSW.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

Guildford Cathedral Abseil, June 2016

On Saturday 4th June, CSW’s CEO Mervyn Thomas along with 23 CSW supporters went over the edge of the Guildford Cathedral tower to complete a 160ft abseil. Together the abseil team raised over 15,000 for the work of CSW. This is an incredible amount! If you would like to be involved in our 2017 abseil event and raise money for religious freedom then please fill in the form above and express your interest in the event. We’d love to have you involved.

Felicity North, CSW Ambassador

"I decided to drink only water for a whole year, which I started on 17 February 2015. I did this for Christian Solidarity Worldwide because I believe in their work and I want to help. My fundraising target was £1,000, which I reached. You can still make a donation on my JustGiving fundraising page by clicking here."

Chen Wang, singer

"...to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke!" (Isaiah 58:6). CSW has reflected this vividly in their work. This is what I am inspired enormously and this is why I took a further step to try raising funds for CSW. As the body of Christ we share our gifts and skills to serve one another just like CSW does for being a voice for voiceless. I did not just extremely enjoy the trip of fundraising concerts in London, Cumbria and Aberdeen and I was also touched and encouraged by the wonder of God's grace. It was a truly blessing for me. Thank God for CSW."

Holy Rood Church, Stubbington

"Fundraise For Freedom was a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends and family, raise awareness of critical issues around religious freedom, and sample a range of delectable delights from across the World! Our event at Holy Rood Church in Stubbington, Hampshire was blessed with 70 attendees, a brilliant organisation team, and over 20 chefs who cooked up a storm with dishes from every country in the delicious CSW recipe book! We raised £335 and were thrilled to see people there who wouldn't usually come to a church...All in all a blessed night...and thanks to CSW for your help - I had people approaching me three months later to ask about CSW!"
