They\u2019re the ones who work with politicians and institutions like the UN and the EU to make sure our first-class research reaches the people in power. They meet MPs, MEPs and UN representatives to brief them on religious freedom developments around the world, and make policy recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their work isn\u2019t easy. Politicians have a lot of issues which need their attention, and even when policy recommendations are taken up, they can take a long time to have an effect.
