CSW’s recent advocacy, campaigning and awareness-raising in the media triggered a tidal wave of action on behalf of Pastor Nadarkhani facing execution in Iran.

This week, please:

• Thank you, Heavenly Father, for helping CSW to earn the respect of international media agencies, politicians and institutions and granting favour in the corridors of power.
• Give thanks for the global support shown to Pastor Nadarkhani, and pray that his situation would continue to raise awareness of religious freedom in Iran.
• Pray for CSW’s Press Officer as she works to raise awareness of religious freedom in the media.
• Pray for CSW’s Public Affairs Officer as he builds relationships at the United Nations and in the UK political arena.
• Give thanks that CSW will have a full-time presence in Washington from 2012 onwards.
• Pray for CSW’s Advocacy Team Leaders as they develop and build effective advocacy strategies for their regions in the year ahead.
• Ask God to grant wisdom to the Communications Team as it works to raise awareness of persecution.
