\u201cIt was such a privilege to hear F and his wife speak about what life is like for Christians in Iran. We were really moved hearing about what they go through to follow their faith \u2013 something that we so often take for granted. We\u2019ve kept on praying for them, and the situation in Iran, since they came to speak to us.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen Mervyn Thomas came to talk to us recently he told us about a lady he visited overseas. Every day, she takes out a card that she has received from CSW supporters and prays for the person that wrote to her. That really struck me as something quite amazing. If you want to be prayed for, write a card to somebody else that needs your prayers.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love speaking on behalf of the persecuted Church for CSW as it\u2019s my passion to raise awareness of the plight of our brothers and sisters around the world, to the churches in Wales. God has called me to be \u2018a voice for the voiceless\u2019 and has laid on my heart a passion to see the persecuted Church higher up the UK Church\u2019s agenda, speaking out, praying, providing and petitioning on behalf of \u2018those who cannot speak for themselves\u2019.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPeople were really moved and asked lots of questions. They were shocked by what they heard but keen to respond. Issues that seem so far away were brought to life and people are now hungry for information.
