The regime arguably violates every article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In February this year the UN Commission of Inquiry published its report after a year-long investigation, and concluded that the regime is committing a \u201cwide array\u201d of crimes against humanity, including violations of freedom of religion and the extreme persecution of Christians. The Commission of Inquiry called on the international community to refer a case to the International Criminal Court, to hold the regime to account. We\u2019re encouraged by this, but it\u2019s vital to keep praying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>This week&#8217;s prayer points&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Pray that the international community would have the courage to refer a case to the International Criminal Court;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pray that the Commission of Inquiry\u2019s work will make people around the world more aware of North Korea\u2019s human rights crisis;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pray for increased action to break the regime\u2019s information blockade, and flood North Korea with information from the outside world;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pray that the BBC World Service would respond positively to increasing calls for the establishment of a BBC Korean radio service to broadcast to the Korean peninsula;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Ask God to move China to stop its policy of forcible repatriation of North Korean refugees;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Thank God for the courage of Christians in North Korea worshipping in secret and at grave risk;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pray that God would work a miracle in the hearts of Kim Jong-Un and the North Korean leadership and change the system in North Korea completely.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>North Korea is the worlds most closed nation with one of the worst human rights crises.
