We have contributed at the the Human Rights Council and in the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) process (where each country\u2019s human rights are regularly reviewed) \u2013 and when there\u2019s a debate on religious freedom, you\u2019ll find us front and centre! Last week, we were in UN meetings ahead of the upcoming UPRs for Nepal and Burma, and earlier this month we submitted written statements highlighting our religious freedom concerns in Sudan, as part of Sudan\u2019s UPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an exciting time because it could prompt the UN to further action to improve the situation.
