As tributes and messages poured in, we were reminded again of how special a man Stuart was, with an enormous heart for God\u2019s people and a deep and genuine love of Jesus. Stuart touched so many lives over the last quarter of a century of working for CSW: his loss is sorely felt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each day this week features a tribute from someone who knew Stuart. Please use each tribute to inspire you to give thanks for his legacy and to pray for his widow Ethel, their children Elizabeth and Stuart, and their grandchildren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Sunday 26 November<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe was passionate about his faith, and people loved him for it. He was an incredible man of prayer, and he firmly believed everybody\u2019s prayers counted and made a difference. Anyone who knew Stuart would know that he often quoted \u201cThe prayer of a righteous person availeth much\u201d (James 5:16), to encourage us in our prayers.\u201d \u2013 Mervyn Thomas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Monday 27 November<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA man with a heart full of love has departed this world that is so increasingly filled with hate. He had a love of people, a passion for human rights and freedom of religion or belief, an absurd but hilarious sense of humour, and an ability to motivate people by his enthusiasm. He was a friend of everyone, whatever your religion, because he was motivated by love.\u201d \u2013 Benedict Rogers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Tuesday 28 November<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen I met Stuart at CSW he made me feel at home immediately. He did his best to speak Russian to me and he knew all Russian villages better than I did! I will never forget the words of encouragement he has given to me over the last 12 years of knowing him. When I needed his advice or help he was always there to help. I am going to miss him massively. I loved him very much.\u201d Luda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Wednesday 29 November<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cStuart taught me to embrace life in a full way, brought so much life into the CSW family and through Christ, has brought life to so many all over the world. Even now, I can hear him say how he would start every phone call, \u2018Ruthie, it is so good to hear you, God bless you my friend.\u2019\u201d \u2013 Ruth Donaldson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Thursday 30 November<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRest in peace Stuart Windsor. If I can live my life with a fraction of the strength, courage, determination, integrity, compassion and joy that you did, I will be rich indeed. Thank you. \u2018Christ in you the hope of glory.\u2019\u201d \u2013 Scot Bower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Friday 1 December<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe would do anything for anyone at any time. His heart was for the suffering, and he poured himself into the fight against injustice. A colossal loss \u2013 to his family and friends, to the Church worldwide, and to the cause of human rights.\u201d \u2013 Khataza Gondwe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Saturday 2 December<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Lord of all comfort, thank you so much for the life of your servant Stuart, who now stands with you in glory. Thank you for everything that he achieved in the struggle against injustice, and for the thousands of lives he touched and people he loved. Please comfort, encourage and strengthen his family as they remember this extraordinary man. May his memory be a blessing.
