Thank God for networks like the All Pakistan Minorities Alliance and all those who work on the frontline in Pakistan, to protect and rescue minority faith victims of abuse and injustice.
Pray for God to protect women and girls at risk of abduction, rape or forced marriage and conversion. May He change the hearts of potential aggressors and grant justice and healing to all who have been attacked in the past.
Pray for God to strengthen and minister to non-Muslim children who experience discrimination in the classroom. May He also accelerate reform of the education curriculum to rid textbooks of biased material.
Ask God to frustrate the plans of those spreading and teaching messages of hate against Christians and other minorities in Pakistan.
Pray for improvements in the working of Pakistan’s justice system, and for the arrest and conviction of those who assassinated Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti, in 2011.
Pray for protection, encouragement and a solution for Christians living in hiding right now, whether because of blasphemy accusations, threats relating to conversion, or any other reason.
Thank God for the life of the late Cecil Chaudhry, air force hero and long-term defender of all minorities. Ask God to comfort his family and community in their loss and raise up new Christian leaders.
