The Public Affairs team is at the heart of CSW’s advocacy work, making sure our concerns and recommendations on religious freedom reach those in a position to make a difference all around the world. Based in London, Brussels and Washington, the team works with the UK Government, the US Congress and State Department, the EU, the UN, and other international institutions.

Throughout this week please:

• Pray for the new member of staff running our Brussels office, and pray that our work with the EU will be effective;
• Thank God for CSW’s good relationship with the FCO and politicians of all parties in Westminster, and their willingness to raise religious freedom violations;
• Pray for CSW to engage effectively with the many different advocacy opportunities available at the UN;
• Give thanks for growing global coverage of religious freedom issues, and pray that it will be well-directed;
• Pray for the safety of journalists with whom we work worldwide, especially those at risk;
• Pray for guidance and blessings in establishing new relationships in the media.
