At the heart of CSW is its Strategic Leadership Team – a small group which makes decisions about strategy and operations, so that we can be as effective as possible in our religious freedom advocacy. As we start the New Year, pray that the SLT would lead CSW wisely through all the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

This week please:

• Thank God that CSW and our supporters have achieved enormous milestones for religious freedom over the years;
• Ask God to grant wisdom and unity to the SLT as they meet regularly to discuss CSW’s work;
• Pray that the SLT would continue to maintain good relationships with each member of staff, as well as with CSW’s Board of Trustees;
• Thank God that he has guided us through challenging times in the past and will continue to do so in the future;
• Ask God to bless the SLT with inspiration for creative new ways of bringing religious freedom violations to the world’s attention;
• Pray that the SLT would have the boldness and courage to make prioritisation decisions when necessary;
• Thank God for the opportunities the New Year holds, and pray that we as an organisation would make the most of them so we can be incredibly effective for religious freedom in 2015.
