A key part of CSWs remit is to raise awareness of the religious freedom situation around the world and to encourage a response thats the role of the Communications Department. Any time you read a CSW publication (including this one), receive a CSW email, respond to a CSW fundraising ask, attend a CSW event or watch a CSW video it is a result of the work of this team; and like the rest of CSW’s work, it desperately needs to be underpinned by prayer.

This week please:

• Thank God for the work of the Communications team and the many thousands of CSW supporters who respond through praying, giving and campaigning;
• Ask God to give wisdom to the Communications team as they make decisions about which of the many situations we are working on to communicate and when;
• Pray for our Supporter Relations team as they seek to find churches for us to speak in, and as they plan our annual conference, Pursue Justice;
• Thank God for all those who give a regular gift to CSW, and pray for us that we might exercise our stewardship wisely;
• Pray for Ruth Donaldson, our new Scotland Regional Coordinator, as she develops relationships with churches and supporters in Scotland;
• Pray for Geni Johnson as she works with our volunteer Ambassadors in churches across the UK;
• Thank God for the people who receive our weekly prayer email and ask him to grow that list for his glory.
