As Nepal struggles to complete its peace process, CSW continues to campaign within Nepal and internationally for full religious freedom to be guaranteed in the new constitution and penal code.

This week, please:

• Pray that CSW staff’s recent meetings with leaders will bring protection for Nepalis’ freedom to choose their faith.
• Ask God to ensure that by the end of May a constitution which fully embodies UN human rights principles is agreed.
• Pray for former Maoist soldiers tobe peacefully integrated into the new national army or generously compensated.
• Following land seizures, pray for people squatting on unused land to be given sufficient plots to feed their families.
• Praise God that 95% of Christians are co-operating in the United Christian Alliance of Nepal.
• Pray that rights to burial land will be legally established.
